1. Review Management Accuracy: Our review management system filters reviews with an accuracy ranging between 60-80%, depending on the installation. While we strive for optimal performance, we cannot guarantee the complete exclusion of negative reviews.
2. Google My Business Profile: Fast Reviews takes no responsibility for the accuracy or management of your Google My Business profile. Any changes or updates made by Google may impact our services without warning.
3. Google Maps and Google My Business: As our service relies on Google Maps and Google My Business, we cannot guarantee future performance due to potential updates or changes by these platforms.
4. Refunds: Fast Reviews does not provide refunds for services rendered. All plans are on a month-to-month basis, with no lock-in contract. If a payment is missed, services may be interrupted, including the review filtering system.
5. Payment and Expiry: All payments are processed on a monthly basis. If a payment is missed, your review filtering system may cease to function until payment is received. There is no automatic renewal; plans expire at the end of each billing cycle.
6. Review Storage: We privately store 1, 2, and 3-star reviews for analytical and data training purposes. This data is handled with confidentiality and is not shared with third parties.
7. User-Initiated Reviews: Users may choose to leave reviews independently by searching for your business. Fast Reviews cannot be held responsible for any negative reviews that may bypass our filtering system in such cases.
8. Absolution of Responsibility: Fast Reviews absolves itself of any responsibility for negative reviews received by your business, whether or not they are caught by our filtering system.
